Well here you go Kolina I did it! I finally did some scrappin’. My last attempt was over a week ago (I can’t believe it), It took me over four hours to do this LO. I had fun though, that’s the main thing.
Isn’t she beautiful!!. This is my angel Akayla at her Pre-prep class. These photos are hard to scrap as they use quite bright prime colours in the photo and trim, but I managed to rid of the blue and red.
I used a favourite brand of mine for this LO. You guessed it, Basic Grey, and to top it off it’s one of the new ranges. Lucky me had a preorder waiting for me. As soon as it arrived at the store they shipped it out to me! I used-
- Paper– Basic Grey Eva Collection, Prima Journal Card and Fairy Dust Criss Cross Bazzill.
- Accessories– Basic Grey Chipboard, Maya Road Chipboard, Basic Grey Eva Alpha Stickers.
- Tools– MM Paint, Dimensional Magic, CM Square Punch, Violet Versa Ink, Craft Knife, Glass Mat, Tombow Glue, 3D tape and Tape.
You know how it is. I’m a sucker for papers with beautiful elements…..you know the ones….the ones you have to take a craft knife to!
Aren’t they just beautiful! This is probably why it took me four hours to do….lol. I gave them a little lift with the 3D tape just to add some dimension. These new papers have some wonderful colours in them and I will use them a lot more (so keep your eye out). But I have a new proclamation (just for Kolina). I promise from hence forth that I will do my utmost best to produce the finest work you have ever seen (uhuhuhmmm…LOL), and lots of it (yeah sure!!!). Well that’s the plan anyway. I still have those six years worth of photos to catch up on….LOL
Thanks for visiting me!
Beautiful pages Kirstie. BG always makes great paper and I love paisley. Akayla looks so lovely and fresh – ready for school.
