Cuttlebug Special Project!
Well I had a great day with Theresa today. While I made my project for the Cuttlebug Challenge Blog (which is just sooo cute! Don’t you think?!), Theresa taught me how to make Fritters her way! Oh my gosh they were delicious! But not as delicious as her Pumpkin Soup, She promised to teach me that recipe next time. See girls I can craft and learn to cook at the same time….LMAO

I told you it was cute! I’m making nine more for my kids to give to friends and teachers this week before they start their holidays. I cannot believe how fast the first term has gone!!!!? What??!! Where did the the time go??Don’t answer that question! I don’t really need to know. I’m having too much fun!
If you would like to know how I did this cute little Easter Basket go over to the Cuttlebug Challenge Site and check out my tutorial.

Wow!! Two posts in one day…..that’s not like me.

But I could not resist this challenge! Just check these colours out. They are so bright and bold. I thought they were so bold that I decided to use only small amounts of them and have white as my base….

So what do you think? This would have to be the first card I have done that has minimal everything! But I better go and submit before I run out of time!
Thanks for dropping by!

Some more Valentine Luurve!
I had a great night last night with my upline Theresa. We have not seen each other in a while. Me being busy with kids and Theresa being busy with work would probably be the cause. But it was great to catch up and I’m going there again today to do more awesome cards.
Everything on the card is SU except the buttons they are Autumn Leaves. I had to put them on they are just too cute.
Well I had better go and buy the kids uniforms today. Not long now and I will have three kiddies off to school. How exciting! Then I will be left with one. And he is not going to know what hit him. He will be lost without them.

Merry Christmas!!
I thought I would pop on here today and wish all the friends I have made in the blogging world a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year. Also to thank everyone who has left me such wonderful and inspiring comments since I started my blog (you all know who you are). Thank you!
I will probably not post again until the new year, as we are all going away for the holidays. Guess where we are going?? Go on guess…….. We are going to Fraser, we are going to Fraser, we are going to Fraser (I’m singing this in a teasing tone mind you…hehe). Luckily for me I have a house sitter, so now I don’t have to worry about shifting the animals to a kennel or about the house (pheew).
I suppose I could leave you with one more card before I embark on my adventure. Here it is-

My little family!
This week I received my first Stampin’ Start order! (how exciting!!) I cannot wait now to achieve the others. It would be just grand wouldn’t it! Well one of the free sets I chose was All in the Family. This set is just adorable and so much fun to play with! I had a quick play and made a card featuring my family, everyone except the dog and cat! I just couldn’t fit them in on this card. but I will probably do a photo frame and feature them in there.
I have a big family don’t I? Well it’s decided. We won’t be having anymore. My reason is that I just won’t be able to fit them on a card!!!….lol. But then again I could probably put one of the kids on someones shoulders. I might have a play and see what I come up with! It could work you know. The colours on this one is the same as the latest kwerner CI. And I just sponged the sky on and cut the grass. This is the second one I had to do as my youngest, gorgeous, ever helpful son threw my first attempt in the toilet! He must love my work! No seriously he must, as only important and special things get thrown in the toilet …lol. Well I hope you enjoyed my little creation.

What FUN!
I haven’t posted any work for a few days now, which I apologise for….BUT I’ll have something for you very soon I promise. A little hint though- It’s for Christmas. Can’t tell you anymore. It will spoil the surprise.
But I did have a fabulous weekend. We (being my hubby and kids) went for a drive, I know that sounds boring, but we love to go on our drives, it’s very relaxing and it’s our time to be together and enjoy each other.
I wanted to share with you the fabulous photos I had taken on our day. We went to one of our favourite spots, Springbrook, on the Gold Coast Hinterland. It is such a beautiful place, I recommend it to anyone. The kids will love it and always remember it. I know because mine don’t stop talking about it…LOL
My little boys feet in the rock pool. How cooling it was!
What a sight! These falls are enormous.
Sean, Jemma and Akayla having a ball.
Another beautiful waterfall.
There is so many more photos of course, but I would be here uploading all day! LOL. We had such a wonderful time. The kids are asking when we can go again. I’m hoping I will have these photos scrapped sooner rather than later. Speaking of scrapping, I think I told you all that I was going scrapping at the shop last Thursday night. Well you won’t believe it! I made it there and managed to do two double layouts. Yes that’s right two! Well one needs some journalling done but I’m still counting it……you can’t stop me! lol.
I will post them up soon just to prove that I still do scrap.
Thanks for coming by!

Hi, I am a Independent Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrator in Gatton, Queensland. I'm married with four beautiful children, Sean, Jemma, Akayla and Darcy. I absolutely love scrapping and cardmaking and try to do both as often as possible. With four kids that's probably why I'm 6 years behind in my photos....lol.
