Elite Challenge….colour explosion!
Hey everyone! Just wanted to show you the other card I submitted to the Elite Challenge blog. This one was a colour challenge and you won’t believe it but it was another pink and black challenge….oh and Kiwi Kiss. But the pink was the brightest pink in the SU colour family. Pink Passion.
Now please pop on your sunglasses before you view this one…hehehe!

I love Petal Pizzazz and I have been informed by quite a lot of my visitors that they have now bought or want to buy this stamp set because of my creations I have put up here on my little bit of blogging heaven….hehehe. I have also heard Organic Outlines is becoming one your favourites…… I’m so evil. But if I get even a little of your creative juices flowing I’m happy.

Hey everyone! Just a quick post to show you my card for the Elite Challenges Blog! This is the blog just for the Elite downlines and has a plethora of ideas for that someone with a lack of mojo. Last month I didn’t get round to entering the other two challenges. This week I hope to change that.
This is my submission for the Forest Friends SS challenge.

Go over and check out all the other entries from the Elite! They will get your creative juices going.

So Blue!
Hey everyone! I had so much planned for the weekend just finished. Mainly housework and maybe some crafting slotted in when no one was looking….LOL! We got heaps done on Saturday. The mowing, a dump run, caught up on the washing, stripped beds and remade them….you know all that yucky stuff! Sunday I didn’t have a lot to do, so I was going to get it over and done with and then get stuck into the crafting. Unfortunately first thing in the morning I hurt my back. I was not doing anything strenuous, I just bent the wrong way and “TWEAK”. It has happened a few times to me, sometimes in the most inconvenient place like the middle of a shopping center. That’s another story! So in short, I’m in a little bit of pain and I hope it goes very soon. I hate being incapacitated!! ARGH! Nothing worse.
I thought I would however show you a full pic of the card I submitted to the Elite Challenge the other day. I’m sure you all need some eye candy right?!

Well I think I might go take some more Panadeine and see what happens!

Elite Challenges!
Hey everyone! I have been a little slack with the Elite Challenges of late…..but slack no more! Once I have posted this Stamp set challenge, I am going to go and do the Sketch challenge and then the Colour one. I plan to be a busy girl. LOL! If I wasn’t already!
Have you noticed anything?? Yep that’s right! I have done no sponging or distressing of any sort. I should use this card as a “Step it Up!” card and glam it up a bit! What do you think??
Well I best be off and get started on all these new projects.

Elite Colour Challenge

I am going to miss this stamp set very much. I only just recently purchased it before the retiring list was exposed….Boo Hoo!! Oh well I’m sure there are plenty of new sets I can drool over coming up in the new catty.
I did this card for the Elite Challenges Blog. There are three challenges a month over there, a stamp set challenge, a sketch challenge and this one which was a colour challenge. They are not colours I usually go for but what is a challenge for?!

Elite Challenge!
I feel a little creative today and thought I would start with some Elite Challenges. There are three challenges set each month. A CC (colour challenge), a SC (sketch challenge) and the one I did this morning which is a SSC (stamp set challenge) Here it is-

The first thing you will see is that it is crooked! I didn’t see that until I was editing the photo. Oh well! It’s not out by much. Just don’t look at it…lol. I love the heart stamp in this set and have had this design in my head for a little while now. I think this particular stamp set is great for embossing. With this stamp though we don’t have the heart punch in our catalogue yet. Maybe it will be in the next catalogue due in April. I am so excited about the new catalogue. Just an excuse to spend more money on some fabulous stamps….lol.
At the moment I’m having trouble with my oldest boy not eating his lunch at school. I think he maybe sick of the same thing over and over. So if I made it more interesting he might be more tempted to eat it. So I was wondering if any of you have some tasty little recipes for homemade snacks/meals?? It would be great to get any info on this. I have no hair left from pulling it all out in exasperation.
I have other challenges to do to so better hook in and attempt to finish them.

‘Groovy kind of Love’ challenge
While having a look at all my favourite blogs I remembered it’s time again for another Elite Team challenge.I thought I would start with the Colour Challenge. The colours were Groovy Guava, Tempting Turquoise and Lovely Lilac.

Sorry, the pic is a little blurry, I was in a bit of a rush. I had fun doing this as it was the first card I have made since coming back from holidays and it was a big challenge for me as I have always struggled with Groovy Guava. I had fun doing it but, it doesn’t mean I’m impressed with it….lol.

Kristina Werner CI #32!
Because I’m such a busy girl this week I thought I would kill two birds with one stone. Not only am I participating in another one of Kristinafabulous CI’s I’m doing a Elite Challenge as well by using the Eastern Blooms Stamp Set. I love this set as everyone knows. I hope you all like it as much as I.
- Stamp Set- Eastern Blooms and Warm Words
- Cardstock- Whisper White, Chocolate Chip, Taken with Teal and Pumpkin Pie
- Ink- Pumpkin Pie, Taken with Teal and Chocolate Chip
- Accessories- Chocolate Chip DS Ribbon, Chocolate Buttons (not SU), Scallop Edge Punch, Oval Punch, White Gel Pen, Mat Pack, Certain Celery marker and Glue Dots.
I used a couple of techniques on this number I did a bit of sponging and faux stitching. The buttons are not SU but I couldn’t help myself. The card looked awesome with them. You can get Close to Cocoa buttons which would look fine as well.
I would love to stay and chat but have heaps to do. I’m making a trip into Toowoomba today to get last minute things for the Dance Concert. It just never ends…… but the kids love it that’s the main thing!

Hi, I am a Independent Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrator in Gatton, Queensland. I'm married with four beautiful children, Sean, Jemma, Akayla and Darcy. I absolutely love scrapping and cardmaking and try to do both as often as possible. With four kids that's probably why I'm 6 years behind in my photos....lol.
