Hello everyone!
Before I get started on this weeks challenge particulars, I want to say a HUGE thank you to all my followers and commentors! I have now reached over 200 followers and I am just flabbergasted. It was only just a short time ago that I was giving a card away to the 150th follower. As most of you know my blogging has been….well, a little slim. I hope to turn this around this coming week and start blogging a lot more regularly. Things in my life have been a little difficult of late {I won’t go into particulars as there were quite a few challenges}, and I am starting to turn a new corner. But the support you guys give me boosts my spirits and makes me smile….a lot!
So I will be randomly choosing a subscriber to receive this weeks creation for the Inkspiration challenge. I will let you know the winner tomorrow……see good incentive to post again! LOL!

I realised I haven’t played with the owl punch nearly enough, so I pulled it out. Isn’t she just the cutest?!
I have been seeing quite a few cards with circles in the back ground used as accents and I am loving it. Might do some more. More blog post gold! lol!
My Stampin’ Up! colour combo is Regal Rose, Soft Suede and So Saffron. Love this combo for girl birthday cards.
Now there is one more thing I would like to share with you all today. Last week I bought a new pet. He wasn’t an impulse purchase as we {my family} have been discussing it for a while. But we just were not sure what breed we would go with. But when I met this fellow I just had to have him.
So without further ado I introduce you to CHARLIE BROWN!
He is just the sweetest bird. He is hand raised and he gives the softest kisses and nibbles and I think he starting to copy my laugh!! LOL! He is a Rainbow Lorikeet and has the most amazing bright feathers. Under his wings is the most brightest red I think I have ever seen! In this shot he was entertaining us with his dancing on my crafting desk so his head is a little blurry. When I have some better pics I will post them.

Oooohhh I love how you have used the little hearts to create her hair bow – tooo, too cute! My Miss 4 would just love her so I think I will have to whip one up this weekend!

Just love you girl owl and the trailing balloons are brilliant. Fabulous card as always. LOVE the gorgeous rainbow colours on Charlie Brown! Reminds me of my years in Costa Rica with all the beautifully coloured birds there.

What an adorable card! I love your new pet, too! What a cute name! I’m such a big Peanuts fan:) The only place I’ve seen these birds is at Busch Gardens in Williamsburg, VA. They are so beautiful! We had so much fun feeding them nectar. I hope your new family member brings you lots of joy:)
