Hey everyone!

We are back!!! YAY!!! I know it was only a week off, but it felt strange not blogging an Inkspiration Challenge! LOL! I must say though I really needed it. Life’s been throwing the Brown family some curve balls of late, but I am sure we will get through it just like we get through everything else.

This week we are sketching it!

and of course my adaptation,

I am loving the Sew Suite set at the moment. I must say though……my main image went through about five technique changes before I decided on paper piecing it…..typical, LOL! My fave part would have to be the measure tape being screwed up to look like ribbon. I must say I love my colour combo too. Another selection from the Colour Coach. If you don’t have one of these already you must get one. They are an excellent tool to have when you are stuck for inspiration.

Check out the rest of the DT at the Inkspiration Challenge Blog and have a play with our challenge.

Thanks for dropping by!

I didn’t go to much on this stamp set when I first saw it, but you are definitely making it tempting! This so cute, love the paper piecing.

Hi girlfriend!! I love this card. Your work is always awesome! I’m afraid my mojo has been AWOL for a very long time… I have no idea where it’s gone, or when it’s coming back, it’s obviously enjoying it’s vacation where ever it is…so rude though it’s not even had the decency to send a postcard, and I always thought I treated it with such respect!!! Oh well, maybe it’ll return when I’m feeling better, maybe it thought I didn’t love it anymore! If you happen to see it in your travels, please tell I do!! lol lol xx

Very clever Kirsty! The pom pom trim around your cute little sewing machine looks great & the “tape measure” is fantastic. Awesome colours too! :)

Hi, I am a Independent Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrator in Gatton, Queensland. I'm married with four beautiful children, Sean, Jemma, Akayla and Darcy. I absolutely love scrapping and cardmaking and try to do both as often as possible. With four kids that's probably why I'm 6 years behind in my photos....lol.
