Lots of Bots!

Monday, 3 rd May, 10 at '2:19 pm' 10 comments

Hey everyone!

I have been a very busy girl of late! With heaps of workshops and parties. It has been absolutely fabulous to get back out there and meet new people and also catch up with the others. So that would be the main reason for my lack of posting. But it’s a good one right?!

Anyway, today is very special! My oldest is turning twelve today…..so excitment!! LOL! That is a preteen word isn’t it??

And as usual I have left the card to last minute. I made this little beauty last night and finshed just on midnight. See last minute! Of course Sean loves it. He loves any sort of mechanical, robot or model thing, so Lots of Bots was a perfect choice-

I was a little inspirationaless (a new word) last night so I went blog hopping and found Alisa’a card. It is just so nice and Alisa used Garden Green so beautifully. That is one of the colours I struggle with if you haven’t noticed… hehe. For this card I used Ruby Red, Going Grey and Very Vanilla. I love how it has turned out and so did the recipient.

I also want to mention that I have received some fabulous awards of late from some fellow gorgeous demonstrators.

I got this one from Christine Blain

here are the rules for this award-

  1. Put the Sunshine Award on your blog or within your post
  2. Pass the award to other bloggers
  3. Link the nominees within your post
  4. Let them know that they have received this award by leaving a comment on their blog
  5. Share the love and link to the person from whom you received the award.

The hardest part , of course, is narrowing it down!!

Here are my nominated bloggers

they all inspire me in some way, and I just want them to know the sunshine they bring into my days!! HEHE!!

The next award I have received from two people, Karen Rogers  and  Linda Craven.

Now I must pass this award on to another 10 beautiful blogs and tell you 10 things about myself. That particular bit might be a little bit boring…LOL!!

Okay 10 beautiful blogs

  1. Makeesha Byl
  2. Renee VanStralen
  3. Cindy Major
  4. Teneale Williams
  5. Chantelle Huizenga
  6. Sarah-Jane Kale
  7. Angie Brown
  8. Sally Little
  9. Debbie Minter
  10. Bronwyn Eastley

Now that was hard! Sorry Karen!!! LOL! I know I said this post would be up this morning but it was so hard choosing it took nearly all day!  Now my downline is here and she is watching me type this up, so now I best hurry!

Thanks for dropping by!

I have to say I’m not a fan of this stamp set, but what you’ve done with it ROCKS!!! LOVE this card; the colours, and your colouring … knock-out.

Love this card you have done with the little robot. I bet your boy loved it!! This is a lovely set for boys cards which can be so hard to do (even though I have three of them).

Congrats on the awards, and I also passed on the Beautiful Blogger award to you as well, oops (oh well, can’t hurt to have so many admirers).

Kirsty Brown

Hi, I am a Independent Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrator in Gatton, Queensland. I'm married with four beautiful children, Sean, Jemma, Akayla and Darcy. I absolutely love scrapping and cardmaking and try to do both as often as possible. With four kids that's probably why I'm 6 years behind in my photos....lol.
