Poppin’ Wheelies!

This page was so much fun to do. This is my eldest having a go at poppin’ wheelies on his BMX. He did really well…..don’t you think?
I wasn’t sure where I was going when I started this LO. I just went with the flow. I used the Kaiser Spirograph collection on this one. The colours matched perfectly and made it easier to do. The title consists of American Crafts and Heidi Swapp Letters.
I’m getting back into my scrapping full swing now. I’m doing at least two a week. Probably not as much as I would like to do but with four kids I think it’s as good as it gets…lol.

Blue eyed Angel!

I did this LO a little while ago now. I suppose I have been holding out on you because I’m not that happy with it. I have a whole heap of them though! I could stay up all night to show you those…lol. I feel this one isn’t balanced very well. I think I should have printed out a 6 x 8 for the photo in the Stars. The photo I took of the LO hasn’t done much for it either. The word ‘blue’ is actually glittered. (American Crafts), and his eyes are a very bright blue in these photos……..there I have had my gripe about my crappy LO. I feel better! LOL
I had no children today. Can you believe it? What I cannot believe is that I only managed to do one LO and one card! What a waste!!! Oh well maybe on the weekend…..
Sorry to say but I have to go now and clean up after a week of absolute disorganisation.

Rock-a-bye!

I had another great time at my uplines house last night. I ma so lucky to have her so close to me, and I wouldn’t have it any other way. How about you? Are you lucky enough to have someone close by who shares your passion? I have one for every craft I do. Card making (Theresa), Scrapbooking (Andrea) and Quilting (Dana). Dana has just got me hooked on this little beauty when she gave me my first collection of Moda Material. I have the ultra gorgeous ‘All you need is love’ by Deb Strain. And all I need now is a Sewing Machine…..LMAO.
Anyway what do you think of my creation? I stamped the moon from the Nursery Necessities stamp set in Versa Mark and then I used some heat and stick powder, sprinkled the chunky pink glitter in it and reset. After I did that though I was thinking it would look even better if I used a light pink ink with it. Oh well! Maybe next time.
Well I have a big workshop planned for tomorrow night. I have only a little bit more to do and I will be ready. It’s going to be fabulous! I will have to let you know how it goes.

Enjoy Life!

I know this stamp set ‘Enjoy every Moment’ is no longer available. It was in the Spring MIni. But believe it or not but this is my first play with this set. Isn’t it just gorgeous. The smaller flowers in the middle though are from the ‘Eastern Blooms’ set but matched quite well.
I cannot stay and chat today. I have a tutorial to organise, lunch with the parents, a BBQ Tupperware Party to go to and a workshop to organise. Do you think I will do it? I don’t think I will have a hope in *you know what*
Well I hope you enoyed my card. I better get hopping!

Wow!! Two posts in one day…..that’s not like me.

But I could not resist this challenge! Just check these colours out. They are so bright and bold. I thought they were so bold that I decided to use only small amounts of them and have white as my base….

So what do you think? This would have to be the first card I have done that has minimal everything! But I better go and submit before I run out of time!
Thanks for dropping by!

Cruisin’

This was a fun LO to do. The photos are over a year old, but I love them. It is my girl Jemma riding the bike she received from G-ma and G-pa for Christmas. The bike was a little too big for her when she got it, but it didn’t take long to grow into it. It is a beautiful bike. It is a Bratz bike with glitzy purple paint, big white wall tyres, big handlebars and a big, soft, velvety valour seat. As you can imagine she loves it.
This is from my last Thursday night adventure. I even managed to do another LO. I will show that one another day. With this one I used Basic Grey Urban Prairie DSP, MM ribbon, BG brads and chipboard letters, Bella journal note, Kaiser flowers and Autumn Leaves bug sticker.
Today is the last day for the blog candy extravaganza! So put your last comments in at ‘Blog Candy’. I will draw the winner this evening at 6pm. Good Luck!

Challenge!
I was yet to make a Sympathy card. I suppose the reason may be that I don’t own any stamps that are suitable. But on my visit to Theresa, I took advantage and used one of her sets.

It is not the best, but it’s a start. I did the water colouring with the markers and Aqua Painter, and sponged the edges with ink. See……not very hard. This card was the second one I made at Theresa’s and I have four more to show you but I will leave that for another day. I’m having a Candle Party today and I have yet to set up. I know I’m slack but I’ll get there. I have heaps of helpers today, so I’ll cheat….lol.
Don’t forget to put a comment under the ‘Blog Candy’ post to go in the running to win those awesome goodies. The winner will be chosen tomorrow Australian EST at 6pm so you have until then. Good luck!

Some more Valentine Luurve!
I had a great night last night with my upline Theresa. We have not seen each other in a while. Me being busy with kids and Theresa being busy with work would probably be the cause. But it was great to catch up and I’m going there again today to do more awesome cards.
Everything on the card is SU except the buttons they are Autumn Leaves. I had to put them on they are just too cute.
Well I had better go and buy the kids uniforms today. Not long now and I will have three kiddies off to school. How exciting! Then I will be left with one. And he is not going to know what hit him. He will be lost without them.

Hi, I am a Independent Stampin' Up! ® Demonstrator in Gatton, Queensland. I'm married with four beautiful children, Sean, Jemma, Akayla and Darcy. I absolutely love scrapping and cardmaking and try to do both as often as possible. With four kids that's probably why I'm 6 years behind in my photos....lol.
